What is the difference between TEF Canada and TCF Canada?
Both are official French tests accepted by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) for Express Entry and citizenship. Their formats differ; the right choice depends on your immigration program and on test availability near you. We help you decide during your free demo.
What CLB level do I need for Express Entry?
It depends on your program. The Federal Skilled Worker Program asks for at least CLB 7 in all four skills, and Express Entry gives additional points to candidates who reach CLB 7 or higher in all four French skills. We confirm your exact target during your free demo.
How long does it take to prepare?
It depends on your starting level. Most students reach CLB 7 within 3 to 6 months of consistent training (3 to 4 sessions a week). Higher targets such as CLB 9 may take 6 to 12 months. You receive a personal roadmap after your free demo.
How does the exam simulator work?
You take the TCF Canada speaking or writing test in real conditions: official timings, an AI examiner for speaking and a 60-minute clock for writing. Each task is corrected twice on the official grid, and you receive a CEFR level, a CLB estimate and your priorities. It is a practice estimate: official scores are awarded by certified examiners.
